Born in Hervey Bay, Australia, and having travelled the world to settle down on the Gold Coast in Queensland, her career in the Industry has lead to celebrity exposure and qualifications in many areas including, Dance, Choreography, Teaching, Adjudicating, Stunts, Massage, Beauty, Fitness, and Make up.
Her new dance make up line Stand Out Cosmetics – On Stage & Off- offers more than just great make up. Her personalized service involves travelling Australia to help Dance Schools STAND OUT by working with each school’s Director to develop their “own” unique studio’s look!
There is no cost to schools. The director simply needs to set a side the time to make the decisions and choose the looks they require, and all that is left to do is give your parents one easy contact number and we take care of the rest! We provide a courier service to all states of Australia!

What we do for you:
- Personally design your “unique” school’s make up collection.
- We have a show room where you can view our entire range or we will come with our mobile make up store to give you the opportunity to play, feel and choose your own make up.
- You can decide whether your students should purchase full kits when they join your school or just have the same eye, lip & cheek colour.
- Choose ballet, hip hop, jazz, drama kits or just choose individual items. The fun decisions are all yours to make!
- Take the stress away from parents at concert time and performance troupes trying to find that same lip colour from stores that have all sold out.
- More importantly, practicing good hygiene by not having to share other people’s make up.
We offer complete continuity by providing your chosen eye colours; your chosen lip colours and ensures your school looks professional right from class to stage.
The simple steps
Step 1. The director chooses their school’s eye shadow, lipstick and blush colours.
Step 2. Give to each parent a hand out information sheet provided by us, clearly explaining what they need to do. Each parent contacts us individually and we pack their orders and process their payments.
Step 3. Dance teachers unite! No more parents asking what colours to buy or printing out shopping lists of lipstick or eye shadow shades and explaining how to apply it, we have you covered!
Step 4. As a thank you for choosing Stand Out Cosmetics, we will provide a service to your parents and students completely free of charge. We will come at an arranged time to offer our training workshops so that they will not only have the correct make up, they will also have the skills to apply it to get the look you want. Your studio’s eisteddfod, exam and competition looks will all be demonstrated complete with face sheets and easy step by step guides.

Workshops for Full Time Course Providers
P.O.A
Full time course providers can book Tina at any time of the year to suit your term time table. Workshops can be spread over terms or can be structured for a 2hr lesson or more if desired. Classes consist of basic skin care and learning and identifying facial shapes and structures. Correct make up application is taught for auditions and castings as well as photo shoots and performance looks. Stage make up & history is discussed and basic techniques such as aging, wounds and scars can be incorporated. All classes can be tailored to each individual school & budget. Students receive hand outs and research information.
INFORMATION FOR ALL WORKSHOPS Separate classes are available as well as the above workshops for individuals and studios. Book early to secure your dates for the year Workshops held throughout the year. Minimum of 10 students “QLD” (min of 20 all other states) “min numbers do not apply for full time course providers.)

Tina sparks is an adjudicator, teacher and choreographer & has been a dancer for more than 26years travelling, Europe, Asia and America, to expend her skills in the industry.
I have made it my passion to educate and inspire dancers all around the world by empowering them with the skills they need whether that be in the form of technique, strength, flexibility, pain assistance in massage, beauty for dancers in regards to skin & nail care and now more importantly than ever the correct application in make up selection.
I am proud to see my dream of a make up line just for dancers come to life and hope you share in my love of this product. I have put together an amazing team to help bring Stand Out Cosmetics –On Stage & Off- to life and I know you will be delighted with our products & services!
